Every teacher on Rwanda Learn goes through an identity verification and credential review process before being approved to teach on the platform.
All transactions are processed through our encrypted payment system. We never store your card details and all payments are SSL-secured.
Our virtual classroom is a private, invitation-only space. Sessions are not recorded without consent and we enforce a strict code of conduct.
You can report any inappropriate behaviour, content, or communication directly from the platform. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
Reviews can only be left by verified students who have completed a paid lesson. This ensures all feedback is genuine and trustworthy.
Our safety support team is available around the clock. If you ever feel unsafe or experience an issue, contact us immediately.
How are teachers verified?
All teachers submit a national ID or passport, proof of qualifications, and undergo a background check. Only approved teachers are listed on the platform.
What happens if I have a bad experience?
Contact our support team via the Help Centre or email hello@rwandalearn.com. We investigate all complaints and can issue refunds for lessons that did not meet our standards.
Is my personal information shared?
We never share your personal details with third parties without your consent. Teachers only see your first name and profile photo during lessons.
Can I block a teacher or student?
Yes. You can block any user from your dashboard settings. They will no longer be able to contact you or view your profile.
