How do I book my first lesson?
Search for a tutor, click their profile, choose an available time slot and confirm payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your classroom link.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. If a lesson doesn't meet quality standards, contact us within 24 hours and we'll review the case for a full or partial refund.
How does the wallet work for teachers?
After each completed lesson, your earnings are added to your Rwanda Learn wallet. You can withdraw to a Rwandan bank account at any time.
What devices can I use for lessons?
Our virtual classroom works on any modern device — laptop, tablet, or smartphone — with a stable internet connection and a modern browser.
How do I upload study materials?
Go to your Teacher Dashboard → Materials → Upload New. Set a price in RWF and students can buy instant PDF access.
